Yaad & Bloom sees insured clients through three third-party platforms: Headway, Grow Therapy, and Talkspace. On the Book Therapy page you can select your carrier and see which platform to use. Where the same carrier appears on more than one platform, Headway is shown first.

Do you verify my insurance benefits?

No. This website organizes booking links only — it does not independently verify insurance benefits, and the platforms do not sync with each other. Eligibility, cost estimates, scheduling and billing all happen inside the platform you choose. Coverage varies by plan and must be verified there.

How do I choose a booking platform?

Start with the carrier selector on the Book Therapy page. If your plan isn't listed or you're unsure, you can go directly to any of the three platforms and check eligibility there.

What are your private pay rates?

Individual therapy is $200–$225 per hour, couples therapy is $225–$250 per hour, and family therapy is $225–$300 per hour.

Yes — a free 15-minute consultation is available. It's a short, no-pressure conversation to help you decide whether this practice is a good fit.

Can you help in a crisis or emergency?

No. Yaad & Bloom does not provide emergency or crisis services and this website should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

What if this practice isn't the right fit for me?

Yaad & Bloom is an outpatient psychotherapy practice, so it may not be appropriate for someone who currently requires intensive crisis stabilization, inpatient treatment, medically supervised substance-use treatment, or another higher level of behavioral health care. If your needs fall outside the scope of this practice, Kaidian may discuss more appropriate next steps with you.
