This website provides general information about Yaad & Bloom Counseling, LLC, an outpatient telehealth psychotherapy practice led by Kaidian Boubacar, MSW, LCSW, licensed in Florida.
Nothing on this website is medical or clinical advice, and using this website does not create a therapist–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after intake and agreement within the appropriate platform or practice process.
The consultation request form asks only for basic contact information: your name, email and/or phone number, preferred contact method, and a general non-clinical message.
Please do not submit clinical, medical, diagnostic or other sensitive personal information through this form. This form is not a secure or confidential channel and should not be used for emergencies.
Contact details submitted are used solely to respond to your inquiry about services or scheduling.
This website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful — for example, page views, referring source, approximate region, and device type. The provider referral page shares a Headway referral link. Kaidian Boubacar may receive a referral reward if a provider joins Headway through that link. Yaad & Bloom Counseling, LLC is not Headway, and eligibility, credentialing and program terms are determined solely by Headway.
Yaad & Bloom is an outpatient psychotherapy practice. It may not be appropriate for individuals who currently require intensive crisis stabilization, inpatient treatment, medically supervised substance-use treatment, or another higher level of behavioral health care. If needs fall outside the scope of this practice, Kaidian may discuss more appropriate next steps.
