Additional service
Notary services are also available
Alongside her clinical work, Kaidian is a notary and can notarize documents for clients and community members — with the same care and patience she brings to the therapy room.
Notary services are offered separately from psychotherapy. Requesting or receiving a notarization does not create a therapist–client relationship, and it is not therapy, legal advice, or document preparation. A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures — the contents of your document remain your responsibility.
Documents commonly notarized
- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Parental and travel consent forms
- Powers of attorney
- School, employment, and housing paperwork
- Immigration-related supporting documents
- General acknowledgments and jurats
